We operate 22 residential aged care villages, 20 retirement villages and a range of home and community services across NSW and ACT.
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, empathetic and caring individuals to join our team at the RFBI Benhome Masonic Village (Maitland, NSW).
RFBI provides a welcome and supportive work environment, with on the job support and training to achieve your Certificate III in Aged Care whilst gaining excellent industry experience.
About the role:
This role provides flexibility of working across morning, day, evening and night shifts including weekends. You will undertake a wide range of personal and clinical care services to assist our residents with their daily living needs.
In your day to day role, you will be assisting to provide the best possible care, tailored to suit the needs and preferences of our residents. Delivering person-centred care, such as assisting with meals, personal hygiene tasks, and making beds.
- No previous experience or qualification required.

- Achieve your Certificate III in Aged Care
You must have or be able to obtain a current National Police Check (AFP Code 22) and be willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Functional Assessment to be considered for this position. All applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
